Agent under Durable Power of Attorney

Appointment as trustee and managing the affairs and complex assets of the Trustor’s life. Encompasses services such as bill pay, sale of real property, coordination of assisted living, management of accounts, and distribution of assets according to the Trustor’s wishes.

Appointment as personal representative or executor of a decedent’s estate through court appointment or naming to inventory, secure, marshal, and protect assets upon death while settling creditors, paying bills, managing and liquidating assets as needed to preserve and protect the estate until full distribution to beneficiaries and discharge from court.

Appointment as Conservator of the Estate to manage the conservatee’s financial matters. Services include, but are not limited to , managing the conservatee's finances, protecting income and property, bill pay, making investments, and preparing and filing taxes on behalf of the conservatee.

Agent under Power of Attorney to manage assets or income not in a trust. Often served in combination with a trustee appointment for the same individual(s).
